Believe us we know! A number of years ago we actually employed ‘mystery shoppers’ to film and assess how our own staff handled clients and viewings, for the purpose of training and educating ourselves to do better. The results taught us a lot; in fact they have been invaluable.

We strive to achieve your goals in viewing property, which begins with understanding exactly what they are. Maybe you are already living locally and know the area in which you wish to view? Perhaps you already know more about a particular urbanisation than we do? Or are you a first time or occasional visitors, and therefore in need of more background information and advice than would otherwise be the case?
These things seem obvious, but it is often reported to us that not everyone bothers to cover the basics or recognises their clients’ individual needs. You can be sure that we listen first, then we seek to understand what to show you and whether there are other options to offer. We talk about different areas, we talk about price, we endeavour to be clear on facilities, amenities and all the elements of location, value, future and use.
We arrange and complete our viewings at the pace and to the level of interest of each and every individual. Some clients, well, they just want someone who shuts up and merely opens the door to an absent Vendors property – and if that’s what you want, then it’s OK with us.
