Carbone puts on the ritz of times gone by, where Dean Martin croons over the speakers, waiters sport tuxedos, and Italian-American cuisine is elevated to its most elegant form. Outdoor dining at Carbone is now bigger and better than ever. We have two outdoor dining rooms, one located in front of Carbone on Thompson Street and the other around the corner on the legendary sidewalk of West Broadway. We open our reservations up for dinner 2 days in advance based on weather restrictions. We are available for Lunch Friday - Sunday up to 2 weeks in advance.
